Hello batchmates. Nagkachat mi ni roi kadjot gabii which reminded me sa minutes last May 2008 meeting nga kami ni jun bote ang nakatoka sa finance committee. OK ming duha pero suggest sya nga si Yvonne ang tresurera. Jun and I can be the batch's repz sa bank in cases of fund deposits diri sa lupon. Do post your approval, disapproval, reactions, and comments ani nga aspect. Should there be none, mag open mi ni jun ug account sa Network bank para maaccommodate natu ang pledge ni rufino ug ang mga musunod pa nga mga pledges. The sooner nga maresolve ni, the better so we can start the ball rolling na. Salamat.

I'm also trying to learn how to improve the impact of my photos using my digital camera and I'm hoping that I can move out of the amateur ranks and become a pro in photography...(How I wish!) hehehe! Mike, you missed tetchie in the list, too. There are, i think, about 8 or 10 batchmates whom i know of expressed interest in joining- wala lang sila access sa internet. But they are willing. I would like us to give emphasis on contributions or donations as we may call it. Can we just uniformly call it a "Registration? ". Every '85 alumna has to register. Naa man jud na sya certain amount, (please at the most minimum) so we can start from there- just for us to gather even our poor batchmates . Other things like sumptuous flow of food and drinks, souveneirs, prizes, etc. will be handled by an individual or group of individuals who can share beyond our registration amount.Tutukanan nato ni.---

TENTATIVE : April 23 - 24, 2010, Friday & Saturday to

The meeting started at 1.30 P.M. facilitated by Hon. Romeo R. Bote,
Jr. Mr. Mike Ramos suggested what should be done first.

1) Gather Information / Whereabouts for Batch 85.
• Address
• Contact Numbers - (Thru parents if cant be found)

 Addresses & Contact Numbers of Batch 85 will be posted
later on our Yahoo group website.

2) Newsletter / Monthly updates will be posted in Yahoo group
at least once a month for Batch 85 to be aware & be updated for the
said activity. Editor – In-Chief Mike Ramos will be the one to
feature the First Newsletter.

 Also discussed for those who are not still the member of the
yahoo group focal person or coordinator will be assigned for that
respective place to relay the information. All newsletter published
will be printed & distributed to batch 85. Jun-jun Bote will
shoulder the courier expenses.

3) Financial Raising of funds thru :
 Donation / Pledges
 Bingo Social
 Raffle Ticket

 There was a consensus that the 2 day activity will be NO
REGISTATION. Free T-shirt for all the family & will facilitate
lodging for those who are not residing in Lupon anymore.

 Those who attended the meeting today was all assigned as
Coordinator / Contact person for the mean time.

incoming pledges of the batch. They will be responsible for all the

Kumusta sa tanan.... Niadtong fiesta sa Lupon, walo (8) lang gyod
kabuok ang nagkitakita sa residence ni honorable Jun Bote, namely: jun
(host) mike, jo castillon, jo olandria ( he has signed in recently-
WELCOME JOE!!!), fr. bong, alma, annielyn, and myself. DILI PA JUD NATU
MATAWAG NGA "QUITE A NUMBER." MOst probably, others did not make it kay
basi naa pud sila visitors sa ilaha. iRECAP lang naku ang mga
nahisgutan:
> there is a unanimous proposal that in the year 2010,MHSL Batch '85
will celebrate a HOMECOMING for the 25th year graduation anniversay.
> a vision, nga unta 100% ang attendance sa maong celebration, mao nga
adunay proposal si kag.bote nga kung mahimo adunay preparasyon sa lugar
kapuy-an, pagkaon, transportation sa atong mga batchmates ilabi na
kanila nga wala na magpuyo sa lupon ug neighboring municipalities diin
daku kaayo ang kabudlay alang kanila kung mutambong unya walay masak-an.
> michael also proposed nga kuhaon ang tanang address sa atong
batchmates ( bisag sa parents' address)kay he will do the leg work of
inquiring from their parents the current addresses of our btchmates,
hence the need of the yearbook kay naa didto ang directory. He also
proposed to create a medium to communicate with evryone and that is
through a NEWSLETTER. Siya ang editor-in-chief sa atong Batch
Newsletter diin didto ipakaylap niya ang dagan sa kasagaran sa atong
batchmates (past ug present) aron kini makapukaw sa paghandum sa matag
usa, pagpakabana, ug mamahimong mitsa nga mopauli karong tuig 2010 aron
sa pagtambong sa atong homecoming. (Ang maong newsletter ipadala
through email for those who have access to the internet and through
mails for those who do not have access to the internet).
> alma commented nga ang tanan nato nga mga plano dili momaterialize
kung walay monetary funds ang batch. Si hon. bote mipasalig nga
mahitungod sa pagpakaylap sa newsletter nga pagahimuon ni michael, SIYA
ang muabaga sa galastuhon sa STAMPS.
> ang duha ka JO, ning offer sa pagpanguha ug paggather sa nga
cellphone numbers sa batch unya ipadala sa atong yahoo group site para
adunay update ang matag usa.
> Ipadayon ang mahitungod sa fund raising.... si michael suggested nga
ang timetable sa commencement sa fund raising will be six months after
printing and mailing of the newsletters. That is, if it starts in May,
we shall start raising funds by November of this year. WALA PA
MAHISGUTI PAGMAAYO UNSAY MGA PAMAAGI SA FUND RAISING. KABAHIN NIANI,
naappoint si hon. bote ug yours truly nga custodians sa tanang funds
mga muabot alang nianing atong causa.
> si fr. bong usab nagsuggest nga sulod sa misa ( year 2010) sa atong
batch, didto sugdan ang fund raising alang sa KINAUYOKAN NGA KATUYUAN
SA ATONG PANAGHIGALAAY UG PANAGSUORAY. Daghan pa tung ginagmay nga mga
nahisgutan, i hope mapost tanan ni annielyn dinhi. Silent sya sa

> Michael also proposed of the possibility nga sa davao city pahitubuon
ang homecoming.
> I hope i have relayed to you most of the details of the meeting. But
let me remind everyone of us that this is still unofficial and
informal. We need to create a core group who shall sit down and discuss
about this cause. We need the cooperation of everyone, the assimilation
of ideas is important for this endeavor to succeed. Let us join hands
in in this. Let us encourage each other to join and be counted! This is

Tibanga River Pool is located at Sitio Panganan, Barangay Maputi, San Isidro, Davao Oriental. It is 15 kilometers away from the poblacion of San Isidro.
